Sea Spray Villas

Sea Spray Villas is owned by Les Conley Warner. The property was hand built by his parents, Joseph and Daphne, in the early 1950's. During the 1960's The United States of America had a Naval Base station in Barbados. The Naval Commander and personnel from the Base rented Seaspray House for several years during that time.​

A decision was made to refurbish the house in 2005 and it was completely upgraded with all modern conveniences including air conditioning, in suite laundry and updated kitchens. The house is split into two private units.

With incredible views and private access to the sea, Sea Spray Villas is truly a hidden gem.

1 BEDROOM - LOWER UNIT:

The lower unit is a bright one bedroom, one bathroom unit with walk in shower. It features a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The entry to the unit is down one short flight of stairs. More info

2 BEDROOM - UPPER UNIT:

The upper unit has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms with a incredible private balcony featuring uninterrupted ocean views as far as the eye can see. The large living and dining room comfortably suits 4 guests.

RENT THE ENTIRE HOUSE:

Families may also rent both units to create a 3 bedroom unit with multiple bed configurations. The master bedroom in the upper unit has 1 queen bed and both the upstairs second bedroom and the lower unit bedroom can be made up as 1 king size bed or two twin beds to sleep 6 people (with 4 in separate beds).
