The Sea Spray upper unit is a charming 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom property right on the ocean. The French Seash doors to the covered balcony are the only thing between you and the ocean extending into infinity. The perfect spot for morning coffee, breakfast and enjoying a good book. You can hear the relaxing sound of the waves day and night. The sea breeze is cooling and the view is as good as it gets!
In addition, the house has its own private steps down to the beach, perfect for snorkeling or swimming. You share this access with the lower unit. There are plenty of white sand beaches just down the road as well.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and there are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and the living and dining area is very comfortable and stylish. Other domestic services can be arranged (for example: maid Service or private chef). Guests can also enquire about renting the entire Villa, which sleeps up to six (6) people.

There is a local eatery, 'Mertons' within walking distance and a convenience store. Speightstown is approximately 2 miles away; there you will find duty free shopping, supermarkets and banks.
